    A fluid, sensual, feminine movement class where you’re learning the language of brain immersion, sensuality, and erotic flow, and get to witness how that shows up in your own body. Femme identifying centered. No previous dance experience necessary. Based on a beginner journey FFM class by SFactor

    Get your clack on with this guided beginner heels class that consists of a 35-minute sensual flow warmup, followed by 15 minutes of standing + walking practice, then 5 minutes of free movement—Choreography-free and femme-identifying centered class. Any height heel (4” - 9”) of platform pole dance shoes is preferred. Sandals, booties, or boots work best (more ankle support than mules/clogs/slip-ons). Knee pads are recommended.
